Terms of Service

Membership is open to guests aged 18 years and above and is issued with a unique TREFFEN Rewards ID.

Membership is personal and non-transferable.

Points are earned on eligible spending including rooms, dining, takeaway, events and hotel services.

Points are credited only after payment is completed and verified.

Points are earned based on the member's tier level (Classic: 5%, Silver: 6%, Gold: 7%, Platinum: 8%).

Points can be redeemed for food, stays, events and selected hotel services.

Redemption value is calculated using the hotel's approved conversion rate and tier benefits. Our base redemption rate is 0.05 QAR per point.

All redemptions must be processed through the TREFFEN Rewards system with member verification.

Points may be used for family or guests when the member is present.

Selling, transferring or abusing points or benefits is strictly prohibited.

All TREFFEN Rewards points are valid for one (1) year from the member's registration date.

Hotel facility, safety and age-limit rules apply at all times.

TREFFEN House Hotel may adjust, suspend or cancel accounts for misuse or fraud. After the approval of Ministry of Trade and Industry.

TREFFEN Rewards remains the exclusive property of TREFFEN House Hotel – Doha.
